The feature can be enabled whenever you create a new email address or any time later and disabled just as quickly if you change your mind. This can be done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you will handle your account. You'll have the option to choose whether a duplicate of the incoming messages will remain on our servers or not. The main advantage of this option is that you will always have a copy on your end if anything happens with the other mailbox or if it's not active for some reason at the time an email message is forwarded. When the option is not enabled, a message will be received, forwarded and deleted from our servers regardless of whether the remote e-mail is operating or not, so it can be quite a wise decision for it to be active just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Forwarding an e-mail address hosted on our servers will be very straightforward if you have a semi-dedicated server package with our company and it will not require you more than several clicks to create. You can do this from the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to keep an eye on the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where your emails are going to with a glance. The feature is activated and deactivated for any of the email addresses in your account. You could also activate or deactivate a handy feature we provide - a backup of the emails being relayed through our system can remain on the server. This way, you'll also have a backup copy of your incoming e-mails and you will not have to be worried about loss of any info. If you have this option deactivated, you risk losing email messages when there is a problem with the remote email address.
