Your VPS will be added to our custom server monitoring software system and each time there’s a trace of a trouble, our server administrators will be notified automatically.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of all your hosted content is highly recommended – one never knows when something would go wrong. And with our Admin Services solution, you can enjoy weekly backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you having to set up or configure anything. What’s more all the backup copies will be saved on a server with many RAID–configured hard drives. As a result your data will always be safe and sound, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux VPS Hosting Package, you will have total freedom to run any script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are harder to run and might require some additional configuration from you. That’s where our Admin Services offer can help you out. It features 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – it means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our trained server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any software program whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him resolve a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Hosting Packages and is an optional feature with the KVM Linux VPS Hosting Packages.
